US Retail Lead
Forsit is accelerating its global retail expansion, with a strong focus on the North American market. This role will lead retail sales and channel expansion in the U.S. market and serves as a core position responsible for building and scaling North America–focused business initiatives. Based on hands-on experience in building North American business from a Korea-based B2B foundation, this role will take ownership of establishing local retail partnerships while leading overseas sales teams and driving sustainable growth in the U.S. retail market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute retail sales and channel expansion strategies for the U.S. market
- Identify, negotiate with, and onboard North American retail partners; manage long-term strategic relationships
- Lead retail onboarding, expansion, and operational management for cosmetics or consumer goods in the U.S.
- Collaborate closely with Korea-based B2B teams to align and execute North America–focused sales strategies
- Lead and manage North America–based or overseas sales team members
- Analyze U.S. retail market trends, competitors, and distribution structures to continuously refine strategies
Qualifications
- Native-level English communication skills required
- Proven experience working directly with North American retail buyers and partners
- Experience leading overseas or global sales team members
- Hands-on experience in retail expansion for the U.S. market
- Experience in U.S. retail for cosmetics or consumer goods
- Proven experience building North America–focused business from a Korea-based B2B foundation
- Direct negotiation and operational experience with North American retail buyers and partners
- Experience leading international or global sales organizations
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience onboarding and scaling products within major U.S. retail channels
- Experience launching or scaling a cosmetics brand in the U.S. retail market
- Strong understanding of North American distribution structures and established buyer networks
- Experience leading teams in multicultural and remote work environments
- End-to-end experience in global sales strategy development and execution
