Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. Accounting & Closing Management

• Oversee accounting operations for the U.S.-based Bloomkare entity
• Manage platform-specific financial closings for Amazon, Walmart, TikTok, and other sales channels
• Manage purchasing, sales, and intercompany transactions
• Lead monthly closing processes and manage QuickBooks in collaboration with external accounting firms
• Review related-party transactions and transfer pricing structures

2. Inventory & Cost of Goods Management

• Manage purchasing and retail inventory procurement
• Monitor inventory unit costs, logistics expenses, warehousing costs, and related expenses
• Prepare and maintain inventory movement and reconciliation records

3. Financial Reporting

• Manage Weekly Flash Reports, PPC performance reports, and subscription-related metrics

4. Procurement Profitability Management

• Review and analyze product-level margins and profitability

5. Government-Funded Projects & Research Institute Management

• Manage meeting records and deliverables for the corporate research institute using Notion
• Operate and manage government-funded R&D projects

6. AI & Process Optimization

• Research and implement AI-driven improvements across departmental workflows
• Enhance operational efficiency through automation and process optimization

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or tax-related roles
• Advanced English communication skills
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing accounting operations for a U.S. entity
• Experience in startup or global commerce environments
• Experience with AI-based workflow automation (e.g., RPA, ChatGPT, Excel automation)
