Forsit is a global brand accelerator seeking a Chief of Staff who will work closely with the CEO and leadership team to drive strategic initiatives and help shape the company’s overall operations. This role serves as a central pillar aligning organizational direction and execution, playing a critical role across strategy, operations, and culture in a fast-growing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner closely with the CEO to define strategic direction, priorities, and company-wide alignment
- Translate strategy into company-wide OKRs and execution roadmaps; oversee progress and execution management
- Conduct domestic and global market and competitor analysis to identify growth strategies and competitive advantages
- Lead go-to-market strategies and plan, validate, and execute new market and business expansion initiatives
- Monitor KPIs and core business metrics; deliver insights and strategic recommendations to leadership
- Support organizational culture development and team-building initiatives
- Drive operational efficiency through the adoption of AI tools and workflow optimization
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in strategy, operations, business planning, HR, or related roles
- Proven experience leading cross-functional projects in close collaboration with executive leadership
- Strong structuring, project management, and execution capabilities
- Fluent in Korean; working proficiency in English preferred
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-changing environment

- Experience in a startup or scale-up environment
- Experience in AI- or data-driven strategic planning
